About this course

Build a best practice knowledge and bid content library to win more bids, in less time.

Gain control of your centralised RFP and tender response content.

  • Self-paced
  • 6+ hours (and growing)

Large organisations that have teams sharing content within their own business units and across organisational-wide proposal and bid projects face the challenge of consistent messaging and efficient content management. And now that Small to Medium Enterprise (SMEs) and minority businesses are being encouraged to participate in the bidding process being “tender ready” is essential for being both competitive, and operationally efficient.

Harvesting text and evidence cobbled from multiple, uncontrolled sources is neither best practice, nor an efficient use of your or your organisation’s time. As experience shows, without a ‘central source of truth’ you risk reputational damage, and potentially non-compliant responses that can lead to either disqualification, or disputes down the track for contested statements of claim.

In this course we take you through the steps of identifying frequently asked questions and setting up your baseline content in a bid library to ensure it is well structured, searchable, and contains the right information aligned to the common evaluation criteria and questions asked in public sector and increasingly, commercial tenders.

The lessons are best suited for individuals who are new to the bid function and want to develop their core skills and/or professionals who want to refresh their skills; are overhauling an old content repository; or are seeking to gain a new perspective to bid writing and management.

What we cover:

  • Recommendations on how to structure your bid content library
  • Guidelines to help you link evaluation criteria to questions and model answers
  • Frameworks on what information to include in your content sections.

Plus, we have also developed for you a range of downloadable templates, tagging suggestions to help make your content more searchable, case examples and infographic ideas, and more!  PS.  We have added some Bidhive demos to show you how much easier it is to manage your content library in our Bidhive platform. With the addition of AI-tools, content searching, drafting and editing is now even easier.
