MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR – Nyree McKenzie, CF APMP

Nyree is the CEO & Co-Founder of bid management software platform Bidhive and champion of the eLearning support tool Bidhive Academy. Nyree is also the Director of Thought Bubble, an international multi-award winning communications consultancy to professional services firms and suppliers to publicly listed companies, government and Defence organisations. With no physical headquarters, Thought Bubble consultants collaborate in a ‘one team’ virtual environment across two continents and six cities to deliver 24/7 wrap around service to their clients which span government, Defence organisations, not-for-profits, and global brands including Fortune 500 companies.

With more than 25 years of experience as a Bid Manager and Consultant, Nyree brings deep experience in solutions, strategy and content development; and in leading CEOs, Executives, BDMs, Partners and Boards through high risk, high value bids and change programs in complex environments. Nyree holds a MBus (Marketing) and a BBus (Public Relations), and was awarded a QUT Faculty of Business Dean’s Award for Excellence. She has undertaken further professional education at Harvard and MIT and is also a trained Flying Officer of the Royal Australian Air Force (Specialist Reserves in the field of operational public affairs). As well as being a career mentor to young professionals and women in business, she has presented and published numerous papers and articles in the field of bid management, procurement and entrepreneurship.
